Mexican photographer, began her studies in 1986 at Casa de las Imágenes in Mexico City. Her passion for photography led her to move to New York City, where she enrolled at Parsons School of Design to further expand her knowledge. She has dedicated much of her career to the contemporary Mexican landscape, with a particular interest in environmental issues.

Lourdes has a special inclination for developing projects inspired by social and cultural themes. From a unique perspective, in an undefined space, her images question the boundaries between the real and the unreal. She seeks to transcend forms and invites viewers to take something new into their consciousness.
